What is a BYOD (Bring Your Own Design) t-shirt print shop?

Maggie Mae’s BYOD Custom Tees allows you to bring in your own design to be printed on t-shirts, rather than choosing from pre-made designs offered by the shop.

Do you offer fully custom design work?

Unfortunately, we do not offer fully custom design work at this time. However, we are happy to work with you to find a design you are seeking and to ensure that your design is print-ready before we proceed with production. If you have any questions or concerns about preparing your design, please feel free to contact us at customersupport@maggiemaes.net, and we'll be happy to assist you.

How do I place an order for a t-shirt with my own design?

To place an order for a custom t-shirt, you'll choose BYOD Shirt from the Custom Creations tab. On that page, you will provide your design file and answer some questions about the t-shirt style, color, and size. Once we receive your request, we will provide you with an estimated timeline for printing your custom t-shirt.

What type of file do I need to provide for my design?

We can accept files saved in either .png or .jpg format. Please ensure that the design is  at least 12 inches in size and has a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

How long will it take to receive my custom t-shirt?

The time it takes to produce and ship your custom t-shirt can vary based on several factors, including the complexity of the design, the number of shirts ordered, and our current workload. Generally, you can expect a turnaround time of approximately 2-3 days from the date of your order. Please keep in mind that this is an estimate and may be subject to change based on our production schedule. If you have any concerns or need your t-shirt by a specific date, please let us know and we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Can I order just one custom t-shirt, or is there a minimum order quantity?

We're happy to accommodate orders of any size, whether you need just one custom t-shirt or 100 (or more). We do not have a minimum order quantity or a maximum limit, so you can order as many or as few custom t-shirts as you like. Our goal is to provide a flexible and personalized service to meet your unique needs.

What t-shirt styles and colors are available for customization?

We offer a wide range of t-shirt styles and colors to choose from for our BYOD (Bring Your Own Design) t-shirts. This includes standard crew neck, v-neck, and long-sleeve options, among others. In addition, we offer a variety of quality options, allowing you to choose the fabric that best suits your needs. Regardless of which style and color you choose, rest assured that all of our t-shirts are made from high-quality materials to ensure your satisfaction.

What printing methods are used for custom t-shirts?

We utilize a range of printing methods to ensure that your custom t-shirt looks exactly the way you want it to. Some of the methods we use include heat transfer printing and screen printing. In addition, we also offer embroidery as an option. Our  team will work with you to determine the best printing method based on your design, material, and desired outcome.

How do I care for my custom t-shirt?

Proper care for your custom t-shirt can vary depending on the printing method used and the specific fabric of the shirt. To ensure your t-shirt lasts as long as possible, we will provide you with detailed care instructions when you receive your order. These instructions will guide you on how to best care for your shirt to maintain its quality and appearance, so you can enjoy it for years to come.

Can I make changes to my design after it's been submitted?

Yes, you can make changes to your design as long as your custom t-shirt has not entered the production stage. Once your shirt has moved into production, no further changes can be made. If you need to make any changes to your design, please contact us at customersupport@maggiemaes.net as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your request before the production process begins.

I placed an order. Can I cancel it?

We understand that circumstances can change, and we're happy to help if we can. If your order has already entered production (which typically happens within 4-6 hours of submitting the design), we are unable to cancel it. However, if it has not yet reached this stage, we may be able to accommodate your request. To inquire about canceling your order, please contact us at customersupport@maggiemaes.net as soon as possible.

Do you do rush orders?

Our ability to accept rush orders depends on our current workload. If we have capacity available, we can definitely accommodate your request. Please contact us at customersupport@maggiemaes.net as soon as possible to discuss your specific needs and we will do our best to work with you to meet your deadline.

What if I'm not satisfied with the final product?

If there is an issue with the final product, please contact us at  customersupport@maggiemaes.net within two days of your receipt of the order. We will make every effort to make the order right, but we do not offer refunds on BYOD orders.

I have a question that has not been answered here. How do I contact you?

If you have an unanswered question, please feel free to contact us by email at customersupport@maggiemaes.net. We strive to respond promptly to all inquiries. If you don't receive a response within a reasonable timeframe, you may wish to try reaching out to us through one of our social media pages. If you still don't hear back from us, it's possible that we didn't receive your email, so please don't hesitate to follow up.
