Refund policy

At Maggie Mae’s Spirit Shop, each item is custom printed just for you—based on your selected mascot, school colors, and style preferences. Because of the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Exceptions:
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please reach out to us within 5 days of delivery with a photo and description of the issue. Once the damaged item is returned to us, we’ll gladly send a replacement at no additional cost.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
